Etac Immedia Dolphin Toilet/Transfer Board
A sturdy and stable transfer board uniquely designed for transfer to the toilet

The transfer board is intended to bridge shorter gaps when performing seated transfers.
The board’s low friction upper surface allows the user to transfer independently or with assistance.
Immedia Transfer Boards are used when transfering between bed and wheelchair / shower chair, between wheelchair/chair/toilet chair or to and from the car.

All Transfer Boards have a non-slip surface on the underside.
Combining a transfer board with a glide cushion provides even lower friction and is recommended when the transfer involves bare skin, for instance to and from a shower chair or toilet.

The Immedia Dolphin is a sturdy and stable transfer board uniquely designed for transfer to the toilet.
The board has cut-outs for positioning against the wheel of the wheelchair and non-slip pads, which allows good positioning and avoids sliding out of place.
The cut-out allows the user to remain on the board while on the toilet

Intended Use
Immedia Transfer Boards support transfers from bed to wheelchair and transfers in and out of the car.
They can also be used for transfer between wheelchair, chair, toilet, shower chair, and commode.

Washing instructions

Machine wash - max. temperature 80 °C/176 °F
Tumble drying - low temperature; max. temperature 60 °C/140 °F
Ironing - low temperature; max. sole-plate temperature 110 °C/230 °F without steam
No dry cleaning

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We will make delivery of any products ordered by you using the Royal Mail, Parcel Force or the Home Delivery Network (HDNL).

The majority of our deliveries require a signature at the point of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to take delivery and provide a signature. If no one is available then a card may be left asking you to contact your local Royal Mail, Parcel Force or HDNL office to arrange collection. It is your responsibility to arrange this collection directly in liaison with the delivery provider as appropriate.

Returns

We will confirm that we have received your returned goods. After receipt of your goods we aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The cost of your product will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase or we will BACS your payment to an account specified by you or we may send you a cheque. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
