Paul is the driving force behind the business, a journey that began over 25 years ago at his dining room table. From those humble beginnings to our current office and showroom in Southampton, Paul’s leadership has been defined by steady growth and a genuine commitment to the community.

Expertise & Passion

While he holds the title of Managing Director, Paul is far from a "desk-only" leader. He remains deeply hands-on and passionate about the life-changing products we provide. You’ll often find him:

• Conducting detailed home assessments & site surveys to ensure the right fit for clients.

• Providing expert demonstrations of specialized wash dry toilets.

• Personally, assisting with Modular Ramp/ Ceing hoist and all type of installations.

• Providing CAD information to assist customers regarding the products we supply.

Beyond the Business

When he isn't helping clients improve their independence, Paul is an avid fisherman and loves nothing more than spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

The Road Ahead

Looking to the future, Paul’s ultimate dream is to trade the long working hours for the open road in a camper van, exploring new horizons at his own pace.

Stuart joined the team in June 2025 with 18 years of experience, bringing a fresh perspective and a high-energy approach to our daily operations. As our Operations Manager, he is dedicated to driving the company’s growth and ensuring our service remains as efficient as possible.

Innovation & Growth

Stuart is constantly looking for ways to enhance the client experience. Since his arrival, he has been instrumental in modernizing our workflow by:

• Overhauling IT Systems: Streamlining our digital infrastructure for better reliability.
• Smart Scheduling: Implementing a new management system to optimize our engineers' installation visits.
• Product Sourcing: Actively researching and adding innovative new products to expand our existing range.

Life Outside the Office

When he isn't streamlining the business, Stuart is a leader on the pitch. He dedicates his spare time to managing a girls' football team, sharing his passion for the sport and teamwork with the next generation.

Steve is known for his meticulous approach to every assessment. He believes there is no room for error when it comes to client care, ensuring every product recommendation is 100% right for the individual’s needs. His work is defined by:

Outside of work, Steve is a man of many talents. He is currently putting his technical skills to use restoring a camper van—perhaps he can give Paul some tips for his future travels!

Rachel’s role is diverse and fast-paced, requiring a sharp eye for detail. She manages the essential day-to-day functions that keep our team moving, including:

• Workflow Management: Tracking all incoming inquiries and overseeing the ordering and quoting process.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Managing Steve’s complex assessment diary and working closely with Stuart to coordinate the engineers’ installation schedules.
• Communication: Acting as a confident and professional point of contact for clients, healthcare professionals, and suppliers alike.

With a strong foundation in customer service, Rachel ensures that every person who contacts the business feels heard and supported. Her ability to multitask while maintaining a personal touch is key to the high level of care we provide.

When she steps away from the office, Rachel enjoys the simpler pleasures in life:

Debbie has been a fundamental part of the business for 15 years, working alongside Paul to grow the company from its early stages to the success it is today. Now working in a part-time capacity, Debbie continues to provide the essential continuity and experience that keeps our service department thriving.

Debbie is the guardian of our service standards. Her role is vital in ensuring that our clients' equipment remains safe and reliable. She focuses on:

• Service Management: Overseeing the scheduling and execution of all equipment testing and servicing.
• Meticulous Record-Keeping: Maintaining the rigorous documentation required for industry compliance and client peace of mind.
• Administrative Support: Providing expert assistance to Rachel in the day-to-day management of our Southampton office.

A Passion for Adventure

When she isn't at the office, Debbie is a true world traveller. With family in Canada the USA and Australia, she is often planning her next trip across the Atlantic.

Into the Wild

Debbie’s real passion lies in the water. An avid wild water swimmer, she recently completed a breathtaking expedition to Norway to swim with Orcas. Back on land, she enjoys her family time especially spending time with the grandchildren. Debbie takes time out to enjoy tranquillity of fishing and looks forward to joining Paul on the open road when they finally secure their dream camper van.

Financial Stewardship

Julie is the guardian of the company’s fiscal health. From daily transactions to long-term planning, she ensures that every penny is accounted for. Her responsibilities include:

• End-to-End Accounting: Managing everything from petty cash and day-to-day bookkeeping to complex end-of-year accounts.
• Financial Accuracy: Maintaining the precise records required to keep the business running smoothly and compliantly.
• The Essentials: Perhaps most importantly, Julie is the one who ensures the team is looked after every month by managing the payroll.

A Life of Performance & Travel

Outside of the ledger, Julie is a woman of many passions. She has a deep love for travel, with a particular penchant for exploring Asia. When she isn't discovering new cultures, she is often found centre-stage, participating in amateur dramatics and helping to put on local theatrical shows.

Stuart joined the company in 2015 and serves as our Senior Engineer. With a career rooted in the technical intricacies of hoists and stairlifts, he brought a wealth of specialized knowledge to the team that has been vital to our success over the last decade.

Technical Expertise & Problem Solving

Stuart is a versatile lead on-site, handling the installation and maintenance of our most essential equipment, including:

• Mobility Solutions: Expert installation of ramps and hoists.
• Hygiene Systems: Fitting wash-dry toilets, shower stretchers, benches, and specialized shower chair components.
• Adaptability: In the world of engineering, no two homes are the same. Stuart is known for his ability to "think on his feet," overcoming structural challenges during installs to ensure every client is left with a safe, fully functional product.

Travel & Leisure

When he isn't on-site, Stuart enjoys traveling to Australia to visit his family. He is also a very keen fisherman, dedicating much of his spare time to the water.

The "BBQ King"

Stuart’s favourite time of year is undoubtedly the summer. A self-styled "BBQ King," he loves nothing more than hosting and perfecting his grill skills for friends and family during the warmer months.

Lee is the newest addition to our technical team, joining us in early 2026. Bringing a strong professional background in plumbing, Lee provides the specialised skill set required for the precision installation of our wash-dry toilet systems.

Growth & Development

Since joining, Lee has integrated seamlessly into the team. He is currently working closely with our Senior Engineer to expand his expertise into our full range of mobility solutions, including:

• Specialised Plumbing: Leading the way on hygiene and wash-dry toilet installs.
• Product Servicing: Learning the intricate maintenance requirements for our diverse product line.
• Collaborative Installs: Assisting with large-scale projects and home adaptations.

Personal Interests

When he isn't out on an installation, Lee is an active sports enthusiast. He enjoys:

• Heading to the course for a round of golf.
• Following the football and staying active.
• Above all, Lee values quality time spent with his daughter.

Kenzie joined the team in the summer of 2025 as our youngest member. His role is uniquely varied, bridging the gap between our physical workshop and our digital presence, making him an essential part of the company’s future.

A Multi-Talented Approach

Kenzie’s week is split between the field and the showroom, where he handles a wide range of responsibilities:

• Technical Apprenticeship: When out with our Senior Engineers, Kenzie is learning the "ins and outs" of complex mobility installations.
• Bespoke Assembly: He manages the intake of our custom shower chairs, meticulously building and checking every component to ensure they are perfect before they reach the client.
• Digital Maintenance: A few days a week, Kenzie takes charge of our website, ensuring everything is updated, glitch-free, and running smoothly for our customers.

The Competitive Edge

Outside of work, Kenzie is a formidable Darts player, representing Hampshire at a competitive level. With his sights set on the big leagues, he’s definitely one to watch on the circuit!

Life & Goals

In his spare time, Kenzie enjoys traveling, gaming, and socialising with his friends. His big focus for 2026? Passing his driving test to gain even more independence on and off the clock.
