Freeway T80 - Recliner is a shower chair, a toilet chair and a commode chair all in one.

This sturdy chair is easily propelled and manoeuvred.

The T80 Shower Toilet Commode chair has become one of our most demanded chairs due to its versatility.
The reclined position has significant advantages for a wide range of conditions, increasing comfort and relieving pressure.
This chair is selected for people who require additional support than that offered by a standard Freeway shower/commode chair.

Available for use with automatic bidet WC's, (T80Auto and T80COM)

All T80 models have included within the price a PVC Calf Support fitted to front of chassis and heel supports fitted to foot plates. (Except T80P - Paediatric chair)

How the T80 works-
When in a vertical position, it fits over a standard toilet.
The carer has then the facility to recline the chair in an infinite number of positions up to 45 degrees, whilst maintaining a safe and comfortable seating position for showering and commoding.
The ability to recline gives considerable extra comfort to the user and changing positions offers some pressure relief.
The Recliner is simple to operate via a squeeze brake lever on the cross bar push handle.
The two stainless steel gas springs and the Recliner`s superb balance, make it light and easy to use. It has a safe working load of 25 stone (160kgs).
The Recliner gets its movement from two powerful, high quality gas springs.
By using two gas springs rather than the usual one, the chair has free access over a toilet and yet is engineeringly correctly balanced, and therefore stable and strong.
The chair can be reclined using the easy to use handgrip in an infinite number of positions until the chair reaches 45 degrees .
The chair is then simply raised by a squeezing the brake lever on the cross bar push handle of the backrest.

Featuring two high quality stainless steel gas struts, the tilt action is easy and light to operate.
The Freeway T80 is available as assistant-propelled or self-propelled.
Freeway T80 COM, A variation of the T80 reclining shower chair, designed to work seamlessly with the Clos-o-Mat Samoa toilet.
Freeway T80 AUTO, A version of the standard T80 which has been modified for use with automatic toilets, including the Geberit Meracare and the Clos-o-Mat Palma Vita.

The protective coating of the shower chair includes FREECOTE®. The Freeway unique antimicrobial and antibacterial coating which is resistant against the hospital super bug MRSA, e-coli, salmonella and listeria.
