Easy Care Systems News |

Hi all,
I hope you are well.
My name is Stuart Giles, Operations Manager at Easy Care Systems Ltd, and I wanted to share a brief update on the work we have been progressing with over the past month.
As many of you are aware, we have been making a number of changes across the business with the aim of strengthening our processes and enhancing the services we provide. This update outlines what is currently in progress and what you can expect moving forward.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
General Improvements
• Our goods in/out area has been reorganised to improve efficiency for both staff and deliveries.
• Two 20ft containers have been installed within our New yard to improve the storage and organisation of stock, hoists, parts, and modular ramp components.
• A new covered external area, safety railings, and access steps have been installed to improve safe movement between yard areas.
• Our shower chair and patient handling showroom and training space is undergoing a full refresh, with plans to make this available to professional teams as a dedicated environment for meetings, product training, and CPD.

Modular Ramping Development
• We are creating a dedicated modular ramp demonstration area, providing a safe and accessible space for professionals and clients to view and trial systems, including leading manufacturers such as Enable Access and Rapid Ramp Systems.
• A sustainable council ramp stock system and area is being introduced, allowing previously removed equipment to be stored and reused where appropriate.

Showroom & Changing Places Upgrade
We are looking to update and renovate our Changing Places and showroom area. This will include:
• Working models of the Geberit Mera Care, Closomat Palma Vita, AKW rise and fall unit, as well as a Bio-Bidet within our smaller WC.
• intention to replace and upgrade New rise and fall basin units.
• A full range of modern body dryers.
• A more contemporary design using wallboards, with finishes in line with housing and DFG projects, using these solid wallboards with the intention of offering this option for wash/dry toilet boxing.
• Potential upgrade of the ceiling track hoist to showcase the product in a fully working environment.

Over the coming month, you will begin to see these improvements come together as we move closer to completion.
We would like to thank everyone who has supported these developments so far — your input and collaboration help us continue to improve the service we provide to both professionals and clients in our local area.
Once the project is complete, we are planning to host an open day, giving professionals the opportunity to explore the space, view the full range of equipment, and see the improvements first-hand.
Our long-term aim is to create a welcoming, practical hub for the local community and all from Hampshire and the surrounding counties — a space where professionals can train and where clients and families can better understand and experience the solutions available to them.
If you have any questions or would like further information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch
Kind regards,
Stuart Giles
