Avon™ Static Mattress by Winncareuk
The Avon™ pressure-reducing mattress has been developed using the very latest combustion-modified ether foam technology (CME).
This best-in-range, high-quality product features a castellated foam surface, which sits on a sturdy “U-shaped” foam base
The pressure-reducing, castellated zones are shaped smaller at the head and foot ends in order to maximise pressure re-distribution in the most vulnerable areas, whilst featuring larger castellation’s in the centre, so that the mainstream patient weight can be managed efficiently and effectively.
Suitable for patients at high to very high risk of developing pressure wounds and used in hospital, home and care home environments.

Features
Premium ‘skin kind’ mattress cover: Infection control – the water resistant, multi-stretch, breathable cover has welded seams and an antimicrobial coating, ensuring a robust defence against water ingress, whilst promoting effective infection control. All mattress covers include non-slip bases as standard.
Castellated zones: Effective weight distribution – the castellated zones are smaller at the head and foot ends, and larger in the centre to maximise pressure re distribution in the most vulnerable areas.
Castellated patterns: Enhanced temperature control – the channels cut into the foam ensure maximum airflow around patient. This support temperature control and aims to improve patient comfort and ability to sleep.
Foam base and walls: Stability – the base and walls are manufactured using combustion-modified ether foam technology (CME) and provide complete stability.
Five-year warranty: Longevity – The combination of CME foam technology and durable mattress covers, delivers a robust product that will deliver on longevity and uninterrupted care.

Delivery
We will make delivery of any products ordered by you using the Royal Mail, Parcel Force or the Home Delivery Network (HDNL).
The majority of our deliveries require a signature at the point of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to take delivery and provide a signature. If no one is available then a card may be left asking you to contact your local Royal Mail, Parcel Force or HDNL office to arrange collection. It is your responsibility to arrange this collection directly in liaison with the delivery provider as appropriate.
Returns
We will confirm that we have received your returned goods. After receipt of your goods we aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The cost of your product will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase or we will BACS your payment to an account specified by you or we may send you a cheque. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
